Preparing for Sunday, 6/15/14!

As you think ahead for tomorrow's gathering, here's a little heads up about what's going on. First of all, it's Fathers' Day tomorrow! Hope you've all bought your cards, etc. If not, now might be a good time to go do that...

Tomorrow Jordan will be preaching on Judges 1-2, as the conclusion to our preaching series through Joshua. Judges begins right after Joshua leaves off, and brings us into the aftermath of the vows Israel made with Joshua. Very ironic, and weighty stuff. Give those chapters a read tonight if you can.

Josh Starkey serves as the Worship Director at Grace Church of Simi Valley. He started attending Grace Church in 2000, became a member in 2005, and joined the pastoral staff in 2010. Before joining the church staff full-time, Josh taught English at Grace Brethren High School for ten years. Josh and his wife Jenny have three kids, and love being a part of the life of their local church!
